Sign up by April 30, 2002 and we'll list your property FREE until September 30, 2002.
After April 30, 2002, FREE listings provided only for states where we have less than 3 listings. If we have less than 3 listings, we will provide a standard plan FREE for 6 months. (Click here) to see our state listings - a new window will open, close it when you are done.

Only one free listing per owner per city/state. Note: One listing can discuss multiple condos in the same city/state but if multiple listings are desired only 1 will be free.

At the end of the free period, an invoice (see pricing) will be sent for continued service (future). If not paid by the due date, we'll assume you do not want to continue and we can cancel your listing.
If you qualify, there's no cost to you. Why not give it a try. The only thing you can lose is a few minutes of your time.
