Frequently Asked Questions

*   Can I have pictures even if I can't create them myself?
Yes: If you don't have a scanner or have picture files but don't understand jpg, pixels, etc., we can help you. Here's what you need to do. Set up a listing.

a) If you have picture files, email to us as normal. We'll resize/compress them as long as they are in acceptable format for our image processing programs.

b) If you don't have picture files. Mail your pictures to us. We'll scan/convert them into the proper format. Please write on the back of the picture the order you want the pictures to appear on the web page (i.e. 1, 2, 3, etc...). This is a free additional service on all our paid plans. On our free introductory offer, there is a $10 handling charge for 1 to 3 pictures. Click here if you want our billing address. Note: Pictures will NOT be returned.
*    How do I continue service after introductory period.
We will send an invoice for our standard plan to you near the end of your introductory period. Pay it by the due date and we'll continue the service. Don't pay it and we'll cancel the service.
*    How is order of property listings determined.
order is: (subject to change without notice)
a) State
b) City
c) Number of pictures. 'Premium accounts' have the opportunity to have up to 9 pictures and therefore be listed before 'standard accounts'. Note: A standard account with 3 pictures will be listed before a standard account with only 2 pictures
d) If the state/city and # of pictures are the same, the listing that has an availability calendar (ours or other) will be listed before a listing without an availability calendar.
e) If all the above are the same, it is a random choice. The order will not change every access (or necessarily even every day) but will change on a regular basis.
*   How do I setup/use the availability calendar?
a. link to your CondoRentHelp.com web page,
b. click on the availability calendar link,
c. click on 'OWNER LOGIN' at the bottom of the calendar,
d. enter the user id and password,
e. then click on 'ADMIN" on the bottom of the calendar,
f. using the menu, make your entries.
g. logout when done
