Luxurious Privately Owned NON-SMOKING Oceanfront Condo with large Private Balcony overlookiing the Atlantic Ocean. Both Living Room and Master Bedroom have access to the Balcony. We are located toward the south end of Daytona Beach in a quiet area. The Sand Dollar Condo at 3115 S. Atlantic Av. is a Family Oriented Building, not a Party Building. Sorry, NO PETS ALLOWED. We have a FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION.
OFF SEASON SPECIAL: $843.75 WEEKLY TOTAL COST, Saturday to Saturday in November, December & January, except for Holiday and Special Event Weeks.
BUILDING has Underground Parking with 7' Door, 2 Elevators, 2 Sauna's, Oceanfront Heated Pool/Hot Tub, fully equipped Exercise Room, Security System with Central Alarm/Smoke Detectors/Sprinklers. WE DO NOT HAVE A KIDDY POOL and Infants with diapers or swimmies are not allowed in the Pool or Hot Tub by order of the Department of Health.
