Venice Rental Description:
Condo is located at the exclusive Plantation Golf & Country Club. Only 10 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. Beautifully landscaped gardens overlooking a lake. There is a balcony leading from the living area which overlooks the golf course. We are not a member at this golf course (Saves you $1400 on a monthly rental and $400 on a weekly rental) but there are over 10 courses within a 15 min drive. Please contact me for further information on local golf courses.
The apartments are all privately owned and have two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity unit with his and her basins and a private door to the enclosed lanai. The second bedroom has twin beds, walk-in wardrobe, and a en-suite bathroom with bath, vanity unit and basin.
The apartments have fully equipped modern kitchen with cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. There is laundry system with a washing machine and dryer. All linen and towels are supplied. The main living room has double patio doors, which open out, onto the lanai.
