The condos at Royal Palm Bay have over 1300 sq ft of air conditioned living space. They are as big as an average UK 3 bedroom home!!!!! Each unit is decorated and furnished to individual owners tastes. They all support a large living area with TV, DVD, sofa sleeper and a panoramic window, allows a spacious, light, airy and relaxing environment, that will help you to unwind after a tough day at the parks. A six seater dining table and a fully equip kitchen makes meal times a pleasure in these homes.
Every condo has all amenities that you could need: dishwasher, large fridge freezer, stove, microwave and a washer/dryer, all of which makes this self catering holiday that little bit easier.
The bed configuration will vary, but these comfortable and very large rooms generally have a King in the master suite (which has en-suite bathroom) and fabulous balcony that will afford a view of the Floridian sunsets.. The second bedroom with either have a Queen bed or a set of 2 twins, and the 3rd bedroom will have a set of 2 twins. Each bedroom is spacious and designed to help you un-wind and have a peaceful nights sleep.

The clubhouse is a great meeting point and has many useful amenities available. There is internet access, area newspapers, and exercise room and sauna to help the weary park goers to relax.
This is a fully gated community with 24 hour security so that you can relax on your vacation. With your home being so close to all the parks, you can easily take an afternoon break from the action and head back in the evening.

Royal Palm Bay Villas are located in Kissimmee to the east side of Disney and in the heart of the entertainment district.
This is the ideal location for an action packed holiday. Minutes walk from US 192 which has many local restaurants, catering for all different tastes.
The Villa is centrally located to all the area attractions and restaurants. The condo is 10 minutes from Disney World, 25 to Universal Studios, 15 to Sea World and many other entertainment attractions (including many wonderful golf courses!).
The Osceola Parkway is very convenient to the villas and offers fast, traffic-free access to Disney. Our villas are just 4 miles from Disney and just 5 miles to the Orlando Convention center.
The clubhouse & pool is just a short walk from the villa. The clubhouse features exercise room, Sauna and a pool table. The pool area includes a Jacuzzi, Childrens play area and a BBQ area.
