Davenport Rental Description:
If you are looking for Luxury, Style and Quality then look no further. We have recently had our home upgraded by a professional interior designer to include hand painted unique wall art, a fantastic hand painted themed Disney room and a sumptuous master suite. Situated on the ground floor our home is fully air conditioned and the lounge and bedrooms all have ceiling fans. This spacious 1,554 sq ft home overlooks the communal gardens and conservation to the rear.
Our 4 star Vacation Home is located within the lovely Terrace Ridge Development with large communal pool and spa, fitness and games room and clubhouse. It is in the perfect location with Championship Golf Courses in the surrounding area, Champions Gate being literally a few minutes away and Disney is approximately 12 miles.
We operate a strict no smoking and no pets’ policy ensuring our home to be allergy free.

Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen has a pantry and is equipped with everything you will need including, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, and hand towels.
Utility
This is located just off the kitchen and has a washing machine and dryer. We have also provided an iron and ironing board.
Lounge Area
Sit back and relax in our comfortable lounge area. There is a 32” television with cable included and a DVD player. There is a small selection of DVD’s for all ages as well as an assortment of books and games for our guests to make use of if they wish.
Dining Area
Perfect for those family meals.
Desk Area
If you have bought along your laptop this is where you can plug it in and hook up to the internet. We offer free internet access via a DSL line. There are two seats at the desk area, a mini stereo and telephone offering our guests complimentary phone calls including international calling, subject to our terms and conditions.
Patio
Overlooking the rear gardens and conservation making this a pleasant place to sit and chill out without being overlooked.
Master Bedroom
Our sumptuous master suite is painted in soft tones, has vertical blinds at the windows and coordinating valance and soft furnishings. Boasting a large king size bed, nightstand on either side of the bed and a dresser. There is a portable TV with cable, cordless phone and alarm clock radio.
Ensuite
Comprising a double walk in shower cubicle, his and hers vanity unit and WC. We have provided a hairdryer, straighteners and scales. There is a large walk in closet, hangers and shelving giving you plenty of storage space.
Queen Bedroom
This delightful room is also painted in soft tones, is decorated in brown, cream and duck egg blue has vertical blinds at the window and cream curtains. The large queen bed has a nightstand on either side and there is a dresser and flat screen TV, cordless phone and alarm clock radio. Large closet and plenty of hangers supplied for your use.
Twin Bedroom
This lovely Disney themed room has been hand painted with Minnie and Mickey Mouse above the beds and a large Goofy next to the dresser. Tastefully decorated in red and yellow with matching bedding and window valence this delightful bedroom will be loved by children of all ages. There are also vertical blinds at the window and a large closet with hangers supplied. A PS2 and a small selection of PS2 games should help keep the children entertained when they are not at the parks.
Main Bathroom
Spacious with double vanity with his and hers sinks, large tub with overhead shower and separate WC.
Extras
We offer free internet access via a DSL line. All you need to bring along is your laptop.

Having children and grand children of our own we know what it was like when we used to take the little ones on holiday. We want you to enjoy yourselves and believe you should have a first class vacation so we have tried to take some of the stress away.
Therefore we have provided for our guests use the following baby items:
Highchair and pack n play crib/travel cot.
Should you require any other baby items we can arrange this for you. Please note there may be a small additional charge for extra items which are not included within the vacation home.
We also provide hangers in all the closets, all linen, towels, hairdryer, hair straighteners, and pool/beach towels. Not having to pack bulky pool towels will help lighten the load.
Finally and most importantly after a long journey all you will want to do is sit down and relax. We know how tired you can be and the thought of having to pop down to the local store for supplies is just too much. Therefore we provide a small starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, and creamer so you can have a drink upon arrival.
If you require further items please let us know, we can arrange this for a small additional fee.
Local Assistance
There is no need to worry about anything. We employ a professional management company who is on call 24/7. Should you need anything during your stay or have any questions please do not hesitate to contact them.

Location
Our beautiful home is easy to get to and we send out full directions to you prior to your departure. We are in an ideal location just off Interstate 4 and less than 5 minutes from the 192 giving easy access to all the theme parks and attractions that Florida has to offer. There is a Publix supermarket, Bank, CVS Pharmacy, Pizza Takeaway all of which are just a few minutes away.
Orlando airport: 30 minutes: Sanford airport: 75 minutes. We are only just over an hours drive from the coastline. Golfers are spoilt for choice with the abundance of golf courses that are in this region; our nearest golf course being ChampionsGate Golf Club with its renowned David Leadbetter Golf Academy and its Greg Norman design golf course. For those wanting a bit of fun there is always the crazy golf.
Facilities
Terrace Ridge is a gated community ideally located close to the major roads yet situated away from the busy roads making it safer and providing peace and quiet for a relaxing vacation.
Our communal facilities include the following:
Clubhouse - where you can sit and relax in the comfortable seating areas or watch TV on the large 42” plasma television. Small kitchen area and separate washroom. WI FI is also available in the clubhouse.
Large heated swimming pool and separate spa/Jacuzzi. There are plenty of sun beds so you can lie back and soak up the Florida sunshine. We also have a sand volleyball court adjacent to the swimming pool.
Games Room with pool table, foosball, and electronic games machines. And if after a day at the parks you have any energy left there is the fully equipped Fitness Room.
