The master bedroom has a king size bed, the first bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom The unit number is 1312, located on the 3rd floor of building number 1. Renters must be 25 years of age to rent and is strictly enforced by the Homeowners Association. Summer rentals typically Saturday to Saturday. Please NO PETS or SMOKING allowed inside the condominium. This great resort has something for all ages. Tennis courts, jacuzzi, exercise room, 2 pools, barbecue grills and lots of room for kids to ride bikes or scooters.
