This comfortable, fully air-conditioned villa is home to 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Comprising of a master bedroom with en-suite, it can sleep up to 8 people. Hills Bay has been well furnished throughout and adds coziness to the Villa’s character.
Guests can recline in the living area and enjoy Cable TV, a DVD or a video, while the kids can find endless hours of entertainment on the Playstation 2 games console. Prepare gourmet meals for your family in the fully equipped kitchen.

Hills Bay’s pool deck is the perfect place to relax. With a wonderful screened area, the pool enjoys a premium amount of Florida sun and boasts panoramic views of the lake outside. BBQ facilities are available and there is a covered lanai suitable for al-fresco dining.
