The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a large living room with a queen sleeper sofa. There is a screened porch (lanai) off the bedroom and living room that faces a pool, the marina, and courtyard. From the porch you can enjoy Marco Island's famous sunsets.
There are 3 heated pools, 2 jacuzzis, tennis courts, tikki bar/ cafe, marina and docks for rent. Walking distance to many fine restaurants and shopping. Beach is a short distance away by car or by walking. The most beautiful, clean beach. The Gulf is great to swim in. The sand is pink and soft. You can spend relaxing time finding beautiful shells. Rafts and cycle boats available to rent.

Marco Island Rental Pricing (in USA Dollars): Rate Range (Daily):$80.00 - $200.00
Detail:
• Minimum Stay is one week with Check in on Saturdays during Season. Midweek Check In and Check out by arrangement with owner.
• Rental Rates include electricity- water- cable.
• Rental Rates are based on 2 Adults with 2 children or up to 4 adults. Additional charges for extra guests. Children under age 12 there are no additional charges.
• Tourist Tax- 10%
• Cleaning Charge - $75.00
• Security Deposit - $150.00 for a 1 week and $300.00 required for a month’s stay. Money will be refunded following stay in approximately 4 to 6 weeks – see Check out requirements.
