Kissimmee Rental Description:
The villa is located close to the 192 in the community of Indian Point. It is fully air-conditioned and luxuriously furnished. Free high speed wireless internet access is provided (your own laptop is required).
The accommodation comprises:
Large airy living room with vaulted ceiling. Furnished with 2 sofas, armchair, coffee table and ceiling fan. There is a digital cable TV, DVD, stereo and a supply of games, books, DVDs, CDs and videos for guests to enjoy.
Dining area which seats 6 comfortably.
Master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite shower room & large walk-in wardrobe. Ceiling fan. TV and DVD.
Bedroom 2 with double bed, ceiling fan, TV and DVD.
Bedroom 3 with single bed plus triple bunk bed, TV and Playstation 2.
Cot, highchair and stroller are available free of charge.
Family bathroom situated between bedrooms 2 and 3 with bath/overhead shower, WC and vanity unit.
Kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle and breakfast table. Full range of utensils and crockery (for indoors and outdoor use). A coolbox is also provided for guests to use.
Laundry facilites: Washing machine, tumble dryer, washing basket, iron, ironing board and clothes airer. These are all situated in the garage which can be accessed directly from the kitchen.
Bath and pool towels along with all linen are provided.
Sorry, no smoking in the villa and no pets allowed.
Kissimmee Rental Amenities:
Private 26ft kidney-shaped pool set in a fenced garden. Pool heat can be provided for an additional $140 per week.

The villa is in the ideal location for Disney and other parks. It is just a 2 minute drive to the Walmart Supercenter on Highway 192. There are numerous golf courses within a short drive.
