Panama City Beach Rental Description:
Hello! Brand new Gulf-front condo, 6th floor in Panama City Beach. This condo is new in 2007 and completely decorated by a professional decorator in beach/cottage decor in July 2007. The condo sleeps 6 people (one king, 2 bunks, and a pullout couch.) There is one bedroom with a full private bathroom attached. There is a second full bathroom down the hallway. The kitchen has all white cabinets, with granite countertops, and has all the amenities for a longer stay. The kitchen is open to the great room, which leads out to the balcony. The large balcony has 2 loungers and 2 regular chairs that overlook the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, the pool, and the tiki bar. There is a Starbucks in the complex, for morning coffee on the balcony! There are also 2 flat screen TVs with DVD players (one in the great room and one in the bedroom). We are currently booking for May 2008 and beyond! May prices are $150 per night or $950 per week (Memorial weekend more expensive). June and July are $1350 per week (4th of July week is more expensive!).
