''Home Terrace 2'' is a brand new, luxurious second floor condominium which offers exceptional vacation accommodations for couples or families. Situated in the gated community of Terrace Ridge, it is just minutes away from all major Orlando area attractions. And, our rates are all inclusive of taxes, pool heat, and use of all the community amenities.
Our 3bed/2bath home is located right next door to our 2bed/2bath (Villa Ref# 445) on the same community, so giving the flexibility of renting the two properties together at a reduced rate for the larger families or parties travelling together.
The living and dining areas are beautifully and comfortably furnished and complete with everything you'll want to keep everyone happy and relaxed after a hectic day. The kids, and adults alike, will love the 32'' cable TV, DVD/VCR with films, stereo and PS2 with games. There is a fully equipped kitchen for preparing a gourmet meal or just a light snack.
The master suite has a King sized bed and private bath with walk-in shower and twin sinks. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed. The third having twin beds. There is a spacious family bathroom with bath tub and shower over and twin handbasins. All bedrooms have TVs, alarm clock/radios, ceiling fans and ample closet space.

We have a very professional management company who keep our home in excellent condition at all times and are always on call 24/7 if required in emergency.
Please note that our condo has a strict NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy.
