Sunset Beach Rental Description:
WELCOME TO PARADISE !! Look no further-Sunset Beach is the closest to paradise you will ever get! Sunset Beach is located between Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC, just north of the infamous Grand Strand and only minutes away from the most beautiful sandy beaches of the East Coast.
Our FIRST FLOOR golf villa is located within a community of upscale homes and golf villas or better known as Sunset Village @ the Sandpiper Bay Golf and Country Club. It is located on the mainland of Sunset Beach however it is only minutes away from both the beaches of Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. It has a breathtaking view overlooking the water and the 7th hole green of the Piper course.
Our tastefully decorated villa offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and will give you the instant feeling of a golf/seaside vacation paradise the moment you set foot in the door. The villa is fully furnished and equipped. Enjoy the comfort of your stay with central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.
The spacious living area has a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, love seat and recliner. Enjoy the entertainment of a 36" cable TV and a VCR/DVD player. A large assortment of videos and books are also available. Enjoy the fresh Carolina air on the screened in patio with access off of the Living Area and the Master Bedroom suite.
Bedrooms - The spacious Master bedroom suite has a split King-sized bed, cable TV, phone, full bath with soaking tub/shower and a roomy walk in closet. Bedroom #2 has a split King-sized bed and cable TV. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin-sized beds. There are ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms.
Kitchen - The kitchen is open and inviting including a refrigerator with ice maker, stove/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave and all the cooking and kitchen utensils you will ever need. The dining area comfortably seats 6 people.
Baths - Along with the Master Bedroom bath - the other full bath with shower houses a full sized washer and dryer. Linens, towels and toiletries are provided.
Sunset Village offers 2 swimming pools and hot tubs, tennis court, BBQ grills, a 27 hole Dan Maples designed golf course. Several other famous Myrtle Beach courses are within a short drive. The excitement and "Full Of Fun" Grand Strand - which offers loads of dining choices, entertainment and shopping - are just a heartbeat away on Highway 17.
This non-smoking villa is maintained and rented by the owners. We are very excited to offer you a nice, clean and relaxing environment to rent. We also live in the Sandpiper Bay Golf community full-time, so we can assure you personal attention if needed.
