Magnificent 2-bedroom/2-bathroom resort family condominium rental is located on the beach of the Gulf of Mexico in the relaxed family-friendly town of Indian Shores. Indian Shores, a unique Gulf beach community is located west of Tampa in the middle of an island with Clearwater to the north and St. Petersburg Beach to the south. Surrounded by warm, gentle surf and plenty to do... or do nothing but savor the relaxed atmosphere and walk barefoot on the beautiful soft, white sandy beach right outside your door. Our large heated pool has plenty of sun and shade, lounging chairs, and tables with umbrellas, making it a great place to relax or enjoy a poolside BBQ or picnic. A new cool paver deck surrounds the entire building with a deck that leads right out onto the beach. Just two steps off the deck and you’re on the soft, white sand of one of the most beautiful beaches on Florida’s gulf coast. There are also BBQ grills and picnic area right off the beach so you can watch the beautiful sunset over the gulf.
Our spacious, open airy, 1100 sq. ft. condo is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a fun-filled family vacation. It has new ceramic tile throughout the entire condo. A private balcony with patio furniture faces the intracoastal waterway and overlooks beautiful Tiki Gardens, a park across the street on Gulf Blvd. There is Cable TV in the living room and both bedrooms, VCR and DVD players, full stereo system, high speed Internet access available, unlimited free local telephone and the highest quality linens and towels are provided for use inside the condo. Just bring a few beach towels and a blanket and you’re ready to enjoy the warm Florida sun and relax on the beach.
Indian Shores Rental Amenities:
Our fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal for your family. It has a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, wine rack, blender, pots, pans, bakeware, cutlery, dishes and utensils. There is a breakfast counter with seating for five, which is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast, a quick snack or sandwich for lunch during your break from the beach or pool. The separate dining area has a large table with seating for six, where the entire family can relax and enjoy dinner together and share all their wonderful activities and vacation stories. The luxurious master bedroom has brand new furniture, which includes a queen pillow-top mattress, 27” TV, DVD player, alarm clock radio, and full separate bath. The second bedroom has two double beds, TV, alarm clock radio and full guest bath that is accessible from both the bedroom and hallway.

Activities include swimming, sunning, snorkeling, shelling, sand castles, fishing, boogie-boarding, jet skiing, parasailing, bike rentals, wind surfing, boat rentals/charters for dinner cruises and deep-sea fishing, sailing, pier fishing, bird sanctuary. Miniature golf, world-class art galleries, ballet, opera, symphony performances, Broadway shows, dancing at nightclubs and lounges. Just a 35-minute drive to the Bush Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, the new Florida Aquarium. Orlando and the Walt Disney attractions are only 90 minutes away. Day trips from our beach to Universal Studios, Sea World and Cypress Gardens are very popular.
