LOCATION
Our upper floor home is located within the exquisite Terrace Ridge gated community set in the countryside adjacent to protected forest just minutes from the many theme parks and attractions of the region, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. Some of the best championship golf courses in central Florida are also only a stone’s throw away. Being less than a mile from the I-4 makes travel to both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts possible within an hour.
The exclusive community surrounds a spacious and well equipped 4,000 square foot clubhouse where you can choose to bask in the Florida sunshine as you relax by the shimmering community pool or soothe your cares away under a shaded lanai in the bubbling spa pool. You can enjoy yourselves in the games room at the clubhouse, or, if you’re feeling energetic, you can burn off some calories in the fully equipped fitness center or on the sand volleyball court. If that’s too much work – then why not relax in the lounge, and meet other guests?
Just a couple of minutes’ drive away is the fabulous Champions Gate community and Omni resort, with shops, restaurants, supermarkets and the Champions Gate Golf Club, the home of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy with 2 superb courses designed by Greg Norman.

Stepping into the home, you will immediately feel the quality of the place. Built in 2006, everything feels clean, solid and comfortable. Top floor apartments such as Hightrees also benefit from extra high ceilings, giving that additional feeling of space in what is already a beautifully open and well laid-out living area.
The main entrance hall flows past the kitchen and into the open plan space of dining and sitting areas. This area comfortably seats six at both the dining table and on sofas and chairs.
The master suite includes a double bedroom with king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with twin basins and shower, and plenty of storage space in the form of a large walk-in wardrobe and cupboards.
At the other end of the home are two further bedrooms (one with a queen-sized double bed, the other with twin beds and a Mickey-Mouse theme ideal for children) and the main bathroom, again with twin basins and bath. There is also plenty more storage space, with each room having capacious wardrobes.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a range hob, double oven, fridge/freezer (including ice-making facility), dish washer, and sink, allowing guests to self-cater as much, or as little, as desired. However, with the many restaurants and eateries of the region, you might just want to buy a big box of cornflakes and some milk for breakfast and eat out at other times!
Located off the kitchen is the utility room, equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, free for guests to use if required. The central air-conditioning unit is also located in the utility room.
