Kissimmee Rental Description:
Our home from home, is located on the prestigious 5* gated resort of Windsor Palms - 3.5 miles from Disney Resorts. The resort is totally secure - the gatehouse is manned for 24 hrs a day.
The resort boasts a 7500 sqft club house with many acitivities on site, which comprise of a large swimming pool, spa, sundry shop, gymnasium, 55 seat movie theater, basketball courts, sand volley ball court, tennis courts, childrens playground, bbq - to name a few. As well as having Disney on the door step (3.5 miles), we are also very close to the other attractions, such as Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure - which are only 13 miles away.
Our home is fully equipped with everything you may need for your vacation as well as being fully air conditioned for your comfort. Our master bedroom has a king size bed with cable tv/dvd player and an en-suite bathroom; the second bedroom has a queens size bed with cable tv/dvd, whilst the third bedroom has two twin beds and cable tv. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and walk in closets.

The amenities include:
fully fitted kitchen including full size stove/oven; microwave over; dishwasher; refrigerator with ice maker; all pots and pans; cutlery; crochery; vacuum cleaner - to name a few.
We have a full size washer and separate dryer along with an ironing board and iron.
In the living room, we have a further cable tv with dvd/vcr attached; stereo system; game cube with games; dvd's; books. Internet is also installed in the living room area, although we must point out that this is high speed DSL and not wireless.
In the master bedroom we also have a crib (including bedding) and high chair - no extra charge.
All bedding/linen is included and so too are towels.

Our home is professionally cleaned and managed by a local management company, who are very close and available should the need arise.
