The Building is located directly on the beach. Johns Pass is a short walk down the beach. There you can go shopping, eat dinner, lunch or breakfast, rent Jet Ski's, parasailing, deep sea fishing charters, sunset cruises, dolphin watching charters or maybe try your luck on the casino cruise ship. There are several golf courses in the area, museums, aquariums, grocery storess, pharmacy's, Fine restaurants, churches, cinemas, banks, marinas. Located between St.Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach there is always something to do. The beach trolly stop is located on the street in front of the building. You can ride the Trolley all day .
