Destin Rental Description:

Unit includes full kitchen with over the range microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, cooking utensils, cookware, dishes. For your convenience, a linen setup and washer/dryer are provided.
Unit is fully furnished with everything you need except your beach towels. Accommodations include: master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, dressing area, large bath with newly tiled shower, TV/VCR/DVD/Cable, sitting area, and wonderful view of gulf; second bedroom has queen size bed and twin size day bed, large closet, full bath with tub, TV/VCR/DVD/Cable, and it's own entrance; and the living room has a new queen size sleeper sofa, two new leather recliners, TV/VCR/DVD/Cable, CD player, and many books, movies, and games for your entertainment.
Adjacent to the living room is the dining room with seating for 4-6. The kitchen is fully furnished and has an eating area with seating for 4 looking out over the gulf.
This is a non-smoking unit. Sorry, no pets allowed. Surfside policy prohibits rentals to anyone under the age of 25.
Beach chair and umbrella service (seasonal) is included in rental rate.
