The downstairs master (with it's NEW KING SIZE BED) has its own lockable entrance and can be locked off from rest of house for independent accommodation if required. Ideal for grandparents or two families sharing. Upstairs master (Queen Size Bed) has sun balcony overlooking the resort pool and jacuzzi spa. 10 MINS. from DISNEY / SEAWORLD and 20 MINS from UNIVERSAL STUDIOS. Lake Berkley is a peaceful community set amongst trees and surrounding a large natural lake with nature trails and a play and beach area. Clients also have full use of the clubhouse which has a well equipped fitness studio, pool tables , air hockey and fast internet connection. The house is just a few yards from the resort pool and spa and has well fitted kitchen and laundry area. Cable TV is provided in the family room as well as the two master suites.
