Kamla Condominiums, a 15 unit private oceanfront condo in the heart of the Boardwalk at Virginia Beach with private gated parking, located on Atlantic Avenue at 22nd Street (2113 Atlantic Avenue). Fifth floor unit with full length balcony provides unequalled views of beach and ocean. One bedroom with queen sized bed, second bedroom has two twin sized beds and queen sized sofa bed in family room.
Only two blocks south of the 24th Street Stage and the Old Coast Guard Station, Kamla Condominiums are in the heart of the Boardwalk at the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Whether soaking up the sun on the beach (officially certified as a "Blue Wave Beach" by the Clean Beaches Council), people watching on the Boardwalk, or taking in the night life along Atlantic Avenue, Kamla is your ideal vacation home. And if you get tired of the beach, Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens Amusement Park, and Water Country USA are only an hour away.
Kamla is a family-oriented condominium with many owner occupied units. We only rent to family groups; fraternity, sorority, student or single groups are not permitted. House parties are absolutely prohibited and occupancy is limited to 6 adults/children. Misrepresentation as to who is renting the property, loud parties, or exceeding the occupancy limit will result in guests being asked to immediately vacate the property without refund.
Full weeks only June-November, monthly or weekly during September-May. No daily or weekend rentals.
