Virginia Beach Rental Description:
NON Smoking.Charming 3 bedroom condo on 6th floor of newly renovated Dolphin Run directly on the ocean at 4th & Atlantic. Featuring 2 new king beds & 2 queen beds,this vacation home has free wifi, a 100% equipped kitchen with plenty of table settings, microwave, cookware and a crockpot, DVD players and VCR's,3 new plasa tv's & includes HBO. The 3 balconies overlook a combination of the Ocean, Rudee Inlet, the Harbor & the Boardwalk. People watch & see dolphins, boats & surfers, both sunrises & sunsets, and all Broadwalk activity from the balconies.Enjoy a non-hotel type unit with personal touches. No groups.Besides the rent, a $500 Security Deposit is required and it is returned after unit is inspected. Now taking 2010-2011 reservations.Since I mostly have repeat guests,unit is still AVAILABLE: MONTH OF MAY,JUNE 12-19 which insludes 2 days of the Broadwalk Art Festival, one of the nation's top 50 art shows, and August 14 on including the Rock n Roll Marathon.So call now for more information. One garaged parking space is provided; 2nd car is $100 per week. Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday with some flexibility prior to June 5th and late August on. My open dates are highly desirable and there are few if any, 3 bedroom rentals on the Oceanfront. Sorry - condo rules do not allow pets for renters. Can rent October through May 1st @ $1500 per month plus electric. Can show unit on Saturdays throughout the summer for 2011 bookings.All 2011 rates are $200 higher but if booked in 2010, there is a $100 discount.
