Apartment 304 in Tower III is a front to back unit and is 1132 sq. ft. The master bedroom and living room have a long view down the beach. This apartment is not overlooking the pool and therefore tends to be a little quieter. The bedrooms are also in a front to back position with two bathrooms between them. This offers more privacy in the bedrooms. Since this apartment is on a lower floor you also can enjoy watching the palm trees swaying in the breeze as well as view the beach. The apartment faces Southwest.

Water sports, with parasailing, windsurfing, jet skis all right on the beach. Fishing either off the beach or charters, zoos, Everglades, eco tours, cruises, and many other attractions. There is an abundance of wonderful restaurants and golf courses. Right in the South Seas are 10 tennis courts, sml fee applies. Orlando is about a 3.5 hr drive.
