- We provide a 'hit counter' with our listings, so you can track the effectiveness of your listing.
- Availability Calendar. Availability is a critical item to you and any prospective renter. We believe all property owners should have one for renters to check. Prospective renters are more likely to contact you if they know you have a vacancy. Also, only renters who are interested in your open weeks will contact you, which can save you responding to unnecessay requests. Probably the most universal rental calendar is rentors.org ( see their sample calendar or sign up for their calendar system). If you use rentors.org or another calendar system, we'll link to it for you.
- Pictures. You've heard the saying 'A picture is worth a thousand words'. Well, in the vacation rental business, a picture may be worth even more. Prospective renter can get the 'look' and feel for your property.
- Provide more information to prospective renters than you can through a classified advertisement. Our plans allow you to provide a whole page (or more) of information, not just a few lines of information.
