Listing Modification Options
Modify Information Note: If modifying more than 1 property, complete 1 and return to do other properties (Do NOT open 2 at the same time). Payment Options
Pay using PayPal (either with a credit card or a PayPal account) Enter your Listing # Password: forgot property # forgot password	Pay by check click here

Change Listing Status
Change an Active Listing to an Inactive Listing - use this option if you do NOT want the listing to display to the general public but do not want it removed. One reason to use this code would be if you have sold your property and do not want to receive inquiries but the buyer may be renting it out, then you could give them the listing # and password and allow them to reactivate the listing. Listing #: Password: forgot property # forgot password	Change Listing to Active from Inactive - use this option if you had previously inactivated the listing and now want it active again. Listing #: Password: forgot property # forgot password	Remove Listing - Only use this option if you do NOT want the listing any more. If you have sold your property to somebody that will be renting it out, please give them the listing # and password and allow them to maintain the listing. Once removed, payment (and probably data entry) will be required to re-activate. Listing #: Password: forgot property # forgot password
