*    My property is in a location not listed. Can it be added?

Yes. Absolutely. We do not want to list a city and not have any properties so we only list cities when we have property listings.

If you don't have pictures to upload or don't know how to upload pictures, mail your pictures to us. We'll scan/convert them into the proper format. Please write on the back of the picture the order you want the pictures to appear on the web page (i.e. 1, 2, 3, etc...). This is a free additional service on our paid plans. Click here if you want our address. Note: Pictures will NOT be returned.

*    Your system allows automated updates, don't search engines have a hard time indexing automated (dynamic) web pages?

Partially correct. Though search engines have improved in this area, some search engines do not handle automated (dynamic) created web pages as well as they handle manual (static) pages but it is more the way the dynamic pages are developed and not that they are dynamic. Our pages are developed in a way that the search engines can easily handle. Though a little more work for us, in our business plan search engines are a major item to our success, therefore, we believe it is critical to our plan and beneficial to our property owners that we use a strategy that is handled by search engines completely and not just the easiest for us.

*    Your system allows automated updates, doesn't that risk material that violates your 'G' rated standard could get on the web site?

Possible, but not for long. Since people on our site are interested in renting their property and not offending potential renters, this is a minor concern but we still have a human review of updated material. This review is usually done within 24 hours of the update. Any problems will be removed and violators will be warned and/or automated updates disallowed for them. Note: In the last 3 years, we have only had one case of material we disallowed and many people may have considered that material to be 'G' rated, we just use very strict standards.

Top of FAQ

*    How does the owner update the listing?

The property owner goes to our 'Owner Section' from our main page or directly to our maintenance procedure (click here to go there), makes the changes, our database is updated and the updated material appears on the web site.
